About
Garfield A. Bowen, Founder & CEO, is a seasoned global executive and servant leader with deep expertise in operational excellence, organizational transformation, and public-private engagement.
He has held multiple senior roles at 3M including VP of Government Affairs and VP of Social & Environmental Stewardship. Earlier in his career he led global commercialization, R&D operations, manufacturing optimization, and enterprise project management & IT initiatives.
He currently serves as the Chair for the Children’s Minnesota hospital and his local church board of directors.
Bowen holds a master’s degree in management information systems, executive education certificates from Harvard and Columbia Business Schools, and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and PMP- certified.
